Sixth Street Partners-Backed Caris Life Sciences Files for IPO

Caris Life Sciences Inc., a health-care company that uses technology to help diagnose and treat cancer, filed for an initial public offering, disclosing shrinking losses and growing revenue.

The Sixth Street Partners-backed company had a net loss of $127 million on revenue of $120.9 million for the first three months of 2025, compared with a net loss of $134.1 million on revenue of $80.7 million in the same period a year earlier, according to its filing Friday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
