Private Capital Firm CVC Touts High Investor Interest in Europe

CVC Capital Partners Plc, one of Europe’s largest private capital firms, expects investor interest in the region to remain elevated, especially as limited partners seek diversification away from the US.

“Interest in Europe will be sustained,” Chief Executive Officer Rob Lucas said during a media call on Thursday after the company posted its half-year earnings. “We’ve had a period of time over the last year or two, where there’s been a huge level of interest in the US, and I think people are now re-balancing and are realizing what Europe really has to offer.”
