Ocado Investors Want Company to Explore US Listing: Telegraph

Shareholders of Ocado Group Plc are pressuring the online grocer to explore moving its listing to the US from the UK, the Telegraph newspaper reported, without saying where it got the information.

Ocado has held detailed discussions about the potential move with investors in recent weeks, the newspaper said, with at least one fund manager asking the company’s executives at a private dinner last month to explore the prospect properly.
