Numis Hires Former Rothschild, Barclays Execs to Boost FIG Team

Numis Corp. has hired two bankers to grow its financial institutions group in London.

The UK investment bank has named Daniel Werchola as managing director and co-head of FIG to work alongside Stephen Westgate, according to a statement on Monday.

He joins from lending platform White Oak Europe, where he was chief strategy officer and director of mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in his career, Werchola worked in investment banking at RBC Capital Markets and Rothschild & Co.
