Marlin Said to Weigh $2 Billion Sale of Swedish Tech Firm Medius

Marlin Equity Partners is considering a sale of Swedish software company Medius, which could be valued at about $2 billion in a deal, people with knowledge of the matter said.

Marlin, which specializes in software and technology investments, is working with Evercore Inc. on the potential divestment, which could kick off early next year, the people said.
