Bill Nelson joined Latham & Watkins as a partner in its capital markets and public company representation practices in Houston, the firm announced Monday.
Nelson joins from A&O Shearman after nearly eight years. He represents public and private issuers, investment banks, private capital providers, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies in complex capital markets transactions and corporate governance matters, Latham said.
