Kenya High Court Allows Treasury to Go Ahead With Pipeline IPO

Lawmakers allowed to consider Treasury’s proposal to privatize Kenya Pipeline Co. through an initial public offering, High Court Judge Bahati Mwamuye ordered on Friday.

• “This court shall not, at this stage, impede Parliament’s consideration of the impugned sessional paper and the wider privatization proposal,” the judge ruled
