JPMorgan to Provide Liquidity on Bond Trading Platform Trumid

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is joining electronic bond-trading platform Trumid Financial LLC as a liquidity provider, a Trumid spokesperson confirmed.

JPMorgan will provide liquidity to institutional clients though Trumid’s attributed trading protocol, where each counterparty of a transaction is disclosed.

Trumid has previously announced partnerships with Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Citigroup Inc., and Barclays Plc. The company raised $208 million from several Wall Street investors in October, giving it a value of about $2.4 billion at the time, the company said.
