JPMorgan Hires KKR’s David Bauer as Co-Head of ECM Americas (1)

JPMorgan Chase & Co. has recruited David Bauer from private equity firm KKR & Co. to help run its equity capital markets business in the Americas.

Bauer will be co-head of ECM Americas alongside Keith Canton, who has been sole head for the last year-and-a-half, according to an internal memo reviewed by Bloomberg News.
