Institutional Crypto Platform FRNT Makes Canadian Public Debut

Institutional crypto platform FRNT Financial Inc. is making its public debut on the Canadian market Tuesday with a C$6 million initial public offering just four years after it was founded.

The Toronto-based firm priced 4 million shares at C$1.50 each, valuing the company at roughly C$70 million on a fully diluted basis. It will list on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol FRNT. The IPO priced in March.
