Houlihan Lokey Hires Numis’s Kelnar for European Capital Markets

Houlihan Lokey Inc. has hired David Kelnar as a managing director to lead its equity private placement capability in Europe.

Kelnar joins from City of London firm Numis Corporation Plc and will be based in the UK capital, Los Angeles-based Houlihan Lokey said in a statement on Wednesday.

It’s the latest senior appointment to Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets team in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, following the recent appointment of Andy Cairns as a Managing Director and Head of Middle East and Africa, Capital Markets.
