Goldman Taps Connolly, Voris as Co-Heads of ECM in the Americas

Goldman Sachs Group Inc. named William Connolly and Michael Voris co-heads of equity capital markets in the Americas.

Connolly will also remain head of technology ECM, advising clients on equity-related matters across technology, media and telecommunications, according to a memo to staff Wednesday. He joined Goldman in 2005 as an analyst, was named managing director in 2015 and became a partner in 2020.

Voris adds to his responsibilities as global head of convertible bond financing and managing alternative capital solutions and equity derivatives in the Americas. He joined the New York-based firm in 2010 as a vice president, became a ...
