Goldman Sachs Hires Ripal Patel for Execution Services (1)

Goldman Sachs Group Inc. has hired Ripal Patel as a managing director for its execution services within its global banking and markets’ equities division.

He will be responsible for covering large asset manager relationships, with a focus on trading US, Canadian and Latin American investments on their behalf, according to a person familiar with the matter.

Patel will report to John Flood, head of Americas equities sales trading, the person said. He will relocate to New York and start in September, said the person, who asked not to be identified as the matter is private.
