Flutter CEO Says Shareholders to Approve NY for Primary Listing

Flutter Entertainment Plc shareholders are poised to approve gambling company’s plan to move its primary listing from London to the New York Stock Exchange, according to Chief Executive Officer Peter Jackson.

“When I look at the volumes of trading that I see in the States, it’s significantly higher than we see on a European exchange,” Jackson said in an interview on Bloomberg TV Monday. “With those higher volumes you’ll see investors being able to take bigger positions in a US business.”
