FinnCap CEO Sam Smith Stepping Down After 24 Years in Charge

The boss of FinnCap Group Plc is stepping down after more than two decades at the helm.

Chief Executive Officer Sam Smith will step down in the autumn and move into an advisory role, the City of London broker said in a statement Tuesday. John Farrugia, managing partner of M&A advisory business FinnCap Cavendish, will be appointed as the new CEO.
