Finland to Divest Posti Minority Stake in Helsinki Listing (1)

The Finnish state plans to sell a minority stake in Posti Group Oyj as it lists the shares of the postal services provider on the Nasdaq Helsinki stock exchange.

Posti’s share sale is expected to consist of a public offering to private individuals in Finland as well as an institutional offering, according to a statements by the company and the Finnish government on Friday, which provided no timing or scope. Bloomberg reported the plan earlier this month.
