FanDuel Owner Plans to Delist From London After Shift to US (1)

Flutter Entertainment Plc announced plans to delist from the London Stock Exchange about two years after the online betting group shifted its primary listing to New York, the latest company to abandon the UK bourse to prioritize US trading.

The owner of FanDuel, the largest player in US sports betting, reviewed the level of trading activity in London and the costs of maintaining the second listing, and decided it was “in the best interests of the company and its shareholders” to delist, it said in a statement on Friday. The company will stop trading in London on Aug. 3.
