Global corporate bond markets burst back to life on Monday with the most debt deals in about two months.

Oracle Corp.’s long-awaited acquisition financing is leading 15 US high-grade issuers looking to get ahead of consumer price index data on Thursday and a bond market holiday on Friday. Eighteen issuers including Nestle SA tapped European investors in the busiest day since September for both markets, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
