EquipmentShare.com Files for IPO as Revenue Grows, Loss Narrows

EquipmentShare.com Inc., a construction equipment rental company, filed for an initial public offering showing revenue is growing as the company has narrowed its losses.

The Columbia, Missouri-based company had a net loss of $51.2 million on revenue of $2.81 billion through September, compared with a net loss of $76 million on revenue of $2.21 billion a year earlier, according to its filing Tuesday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
