EQT Partners to Sell $361 Million of Shares After Lockup Expiry

EQT AB plans to facilitate a sale of 3.98 billion kronor ($361 million) of shares that won’t include members of the private equity firm’s executive committee or board.

A total of 19.4 million shares will be sold by current and former EQT employees for 205 kronor apiece, the Stockholm-based firm said Wednesday in a statement.

An agreement that restricted partners from unloading their holdings expired in September. EQT last released a tranche of shares two years ago as part of the same lockup conditions that were put in place at the time of the firm’s 2019 initial public offering. ...
