EF Hutton Set for Another Revival, This Time in Private Credit

One of Wall Street’s most storied names is set to be revived yet again, this time as a private credit specialist.

The EF Hutton name, which once graced one of the nation’s largest retail brokerages, was more recently used by a leading investment bank for blank-check firms that subsequently broke apart amid a bitter leadership feud. The latest incarnation will focus on the latest hot area of finance, Chief Executive Officer Joseph Rallo said Wednesday.
