Quick-service restaurant operator Rex Concepts SA plans to raise as much as 560 million zloty ($154 million) in an initial public offering in Warsaw.
The fast-growing company running the Burger King and Popeyes chains in several Eastern European markets plans to use proceeds from the IPO to expand operations, it says in an intention to float statement on Wednesday. Owner McWin Capital Partners doesn’t plan to sell any shares.
A listing for Rex Concepts would mark a return to public markets of McWin co-owner
