Crypto Firm Near Deal for Top of Brookfield’s London Tower (1)

Crypto firm Ripple Labs Inc. is in talks to lease the upper floors of Brookfield Corp’s newest London skyscraper, some of the most expensive office space currently available in the UK capital’s main financial district.

Ripple is seeking to rent about 90,000 square feet (8,361.3 square meters) at One Leadenhall, a 35-story development in the City of London, people with knowledge of the negotiations said.
