Credit Suisse’s Australia ECM Syndicate Head Said to Depart Firm

Credit Suisse Group AG’s Australia head of equity capital markets syndicate banking Tim Usasz has departed the firm, according to people familiar with the matter.

Usasz resigned without announcing a new role, according to the people, who asked not to be identified as they were not authorized to speak publicly. His departure was disclosed to his team, one of the people said.

A Credit Suisse spokeswoman declined to comment on the departure. Usasz did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
