Citi Taps Top Deutsche Bank Dealmaker Frowein for EMEA Advisory

Citigroup Inc. has strengthened its team of senior dealmakers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa with a hire from rival Deutsche Bank AG.

The U.S. bank has appointed Patrick Frowein as vice chairman of banking, capital markets and advisory in the region, according to an internal memo seen by Bloomberg News on Monday.
