BofA Names Cooney and Vasisht Co-Heads of Equity Capital Markets

Bank of America Corp. named new leaders for its equity capital-markets business, naming Jim Cooney and Shiv Vasisht as co-heads for that business globally.

The company also tapped Eric Coghlin and Matt Warren as co-heads of Americas ECM, including Canada and Latin America, reporting to Cooney and Vasisht, according to a memo seen by Bloomberg.
