BlackRock May Invest Billions in SpaceX IPO, Information Says

BlackRock is looking at investing $5 billion to $10 billion in SpaceX’s initial public offering next month, the Information reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

SpaceX has confidentially filed for its IPO and seeks to raise as much as $75 billion at a valuation exceeding $2 trillion, Bloomberg News has reported, which would be the largest IPO of all time. The company, founded by Elon Musk, is executing a 5-for-1 stock split as it seeks to file publicly for its offering as soon as Wednesday.
