Bank of America Widens ECM Banker Roles, Eyes Market-Share Gains

Bank of America Corp. has expanded the responsibilities of several senior equity capital markets bankers in an effort to snare additional market share.

Sumit “Shu” Mukherjee and Matt Warren were named co-heads of Americas ECM cash origination, reporting to Jim Cooney, who runs Americas ECM. Eric Coghlin and Jake Mendelsohn are now co-heads of the Americas strategic equity solutions group, reporting to Shiv Vasisht.
