Apollo-Backed Autodoc Plans IPO on Frankfurt Stock Exchange

Autodoc SE is planning an initial public offering in Frankfurt as subsiding market volatility gives more European companies the confidence to proceed with listings.

Existing backers including Apollo Global Management Inc. are planning to offer shares in the transaction, Autodoc said in the statement. Apollo took a minority stake at a valuation of €2.3 billion in 2024. The company won’t sell any shares in the deal.

The online car parts retailer’s IPO follows Pfisterer Holding SE’s Frankfurt debut earlier this year, signaling an increase in companies’ assurance to test public markets after weeks of volatility. European IPO activity ...
