Alteryx Seeks $2.4 Billion to Repay Private Debt, Fund Dividend

Alteryx Inc.is sounding out investors for a new $2.4 billion loan to refinance private debt and provide a special dividend to its private equity owners, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

The analytics software company, which is owned by Clearlake Capital Group and Insight Partners, has engaged Morgan Stanley to hold discussions with potential investors in the broadly syndicated market, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing a private transaction.
