Abu Dhabi’s main artificial intelligence firm G42 is looking to sell a stake worth about $100 million in Presight AI Holding Plc, adding to the growing number of secondary share offerings in the emirate.
G42 will offer about a 2% stake in the data analytics firm to institutional investors through an accelerated offering, according to a statement. The firm will retain 68.5% ownership in Presight after the offer closes on Thursday.
