Thompson Coburn Adds Tobi, Rosenblum as Partners in Los Angeles

Yael Tobi and Michael Rosenblum have joined Thompson Coburn as partners in Los Angeles, the firm said Wednesday.

Tobi, who served as the West Coast litigation chair at Munck Wilson Mandala, focuses on civil and criminal matters involving business litigation, white-collar defense, intellectual property, entertainment, and real estate disputes, according to Thompson Coburn.

Michael Rosenblum was the general counsel for STIIIZY Inc., a vertically integrated cannabis company, Thompson Coburn said. He returns to the firm to serve as a corporate and securities partner who will advise companies on regulatory and transactional matters.
