Aurora Cannabis Inc. investors who accuse the company of making misleading statements now have lead counsel after a federal judge in New Jersey approved two law firms for the role.
The Rosen Law Firm PA and Pomerantz LLP will serve as co-lead counsel for the would-be class, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey said. The court in July picked an investor group for the lead plaintiff role but wanted more information before signing off on the group’s choice of lawyers.
