Edison’s Southern California utility must keep power from flowing through at least five lines near Altadena, Calif., for 21 days, a California state judge ordered Monday, though he said it’s too early to say what caused the deadly Eaton fire.
A power line several miles away from the fire’s origin in Eaton Canyon shows an electrical fault happened around 6:11 p.m. on Wednesday—the minute the fire erupted, according to a new regulatory filing.
