Goodwin Adds O’Connor for Complex Litigation, Dispute Resolution

Cheryl O’Connor joined Goodwin as a partner in its complex litigation and dispute resolution practice in the Orange County, Calif. office, the firm announced Tuesday.

O’Connor represents companies and executives in complex litigation and government investigations, with a focus on privacy, consumer protection, trade secret and unfair competition disputes, and False Claims Act matters. She also regularly supports clients with internal investigations, compliance program development, and the defense of fraud and abuse claims, and advises companies on identifying and mitigating human trafficking risks within their supply chains and operations, the firm said.
