Xerox Faces Trial Over Whether Exec Received Arbitration Notice

A trial has been ordered to determine whether the former head of Xerox’s Hawaii business is bound by an arbitration agreement in his lawsuit seeking to recover unpaid compensation.

A federal court held Xerox’s motion to compel arbitration in abeyance and will hold a trial on whether Glenn Sexton received notice that the company had made accepting a mutual arbitration agreement a condition of continued employment past May 15, 2023, the date the MAA became effective for non-union employees.
