Women’s Health Unicorn Maven Recruits Erica Pham as Legal Chief

Maven Clinic Co., a women’s health care platform recently valued at more than $1 billion, has hired Erica Pham as its new general counsel.

Pham joined Maven as legal chief and corporate secretary at the end of October, said company spokeswoman Danielle Fuerth.

Pham spent the past year as general counsel for virtual care provider Sword Health SA, having previously been vice president of legal and government affairs for what is now Clover Health Investments Corp., a health insurer that recently went public.
