Womble Recruits Two Bankruptcy Partners From Burr & Forman

Michael Waskiewicz and Armando Nozzolillo joined Womble Bond Dickinson as partners in its finance, bankruptcy and restructuring practice, the firm announced Monday.

Waskiewicz’s practice spans the full lifecycle of troubled asset situations, from early-stage loan workouts and litigation strategy through judgment enforcement and recovery. He represents lenders, financial institutions, and other creditors across a wide range of consumer and commercial matters, the firm said.
