Matthew Pearson joined Womble Bond Dickinson as a partner in its business litigation practice group in Irvine, Calif., the firm announced Wednesday.
Pearson litigates class actions nationwide, representing clients in the media, automotive, health-care, financial services, retail, and technology industries. His practice focuses on privacy litigation and handling complex cases under California and US privacy statutes, the firm said.
