Mark Riedy joined Womble Bond Dickinson as a partner in its finance, bankruptcy, and restructuring practice group, where he will lead the firm’s energy & infrastructure project finance practice, the firm announced Monday.
Riedy joins from Kilpatrick, where he worked for more than a decade and led the firm’s energy practice out of its Washington, DC office. He focuses on energy project finance, representing developers, lenders, investment sponsors and others, according to Womble.
