Derek Edwards joined Womble Bond Dickinson as a partner in its business litigation practice group in Nashville, the firm announced Thursday.
Edwards advises retail banks and equity-backed financial services and payments companies, the firm said. His practice focuses on high-stakes disputes involving wrongful solicitation, indemnification, tortious interference, and breaches of fiduciary duties and contracts.
He joins from Holland & Knight.
