Vanessa Hew and Gregory Gulia have joined Womble Bond Dickinson as partners in the trademarks, copyrights, and transactions practice group in New York, the firm said Monday.
Hew advises companies on IP issues related to the protection and enforcement of trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and patents as well as breach of contract and unfair competition matters, according to Womble.
Gulia negotiates trademark licenses, purchases, and consent agreements and has litigated trademark, copyright, anti-counterfeiting, and First Amendment cases, said Womble.
They join from Cozen O’Connor.
