Rajan Singh has rejoined Womble Bond Dickinson as part of the corporate and securities practice in Tysons, Va., the firm said Friday.
His practice covers mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and domestic and international transactions in the government contracting, technology, and financial services industries, according to Womble.
Singh, who was an associate at Womble from 2014 to 2020, has also held in-house counsel roles at publicly traded global companies, Womble said.
