Womble Bond Hires Glessner, McCraw and Merritt as IP Partners

Michele Glessner, Madison McCraw, and Samuel Merritt joined Womble Bond Dickinson as partners in its intellectual property practice in Charlotte, the firm announced Tuesday.

Glessner advises clients on trademark and copyright portfolio management, including global filing strategies, enforcement, and brand protection. She also counsels on utility and design patent prosecution, freedom-to-practice analyses, and portfolio development, particularly in the mechanical and electromechanical arts, the firm said.
