Carol Lee has joined Womble Bond Dickinson as a partner in the business litigation group in Washington, D.C., from Clifford Chance, the firm said Monday.
Lee, who advises multinationals in legal matters involving government investigations and commercial litigation, represents domestic and international clients before the US Securities and Exchange Commission as well as the Departments of Justice, Commerce, and Treasury, according to Womble.
She handles regulatory issues regarding export controls, economic sanctions, Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, anti-money laundering, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Womble said.
