Womble Bond Dickinson has opened a new office in Denver, Colo., with the addition of partners Scot Anderson and Ana Maria Gutiérrez, according to the firm Wednesday.
The pair previously practiced at Hogan Lovells and join Womble’s energy and natural resources, and environmental regulation, disputes, and litigation practices.
Anderson, who has experience with commercial transactions, financing, project development finance, and regulatory compliance, will serve as office managing partner, the firm said.
Gutiérrez counsels clients in the implementation of compliance programs, climate initiatives, and transactional due diligence across environmental issues relating to the Clean Air Act, said Womble.
