Womble Bond Dickinson has merged with the boutique business law firm Gordinier Kang & Kim, according to the firm Thursday.
The three-partner team includes John Kang, who joins in the capital markets group, and Patricia Cymerman and Edward Kim, who join firm’s business litigation group, said Womble Bond Dickinson.
This merger is the second announced for Womble Bond Dickinson this week, who previously said that it was joining with San Francisco-based litigation firm Simmonds & Narita.
