Alidad Vakili joined Womble Bond Dickinson as a partner in its corporate and securities practice group in San Francisco, the firm announced Thursday.
Vakili advises entrepreneurs, founders, emerging growth and established companies, and investors on corporate and transactional matters. His practice includes entity formation, governance, commercial transactions, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financing, the firm said.
He joins from Foley & Lardner.
