Womble Bond Dickinson Gains Seidman on Patent Team in San Diego

Stephanie Seidman has joined Womble Bond Dickinson as a partner with the patent team in San Diego, Calif., the firm said Monday.

Seidman, who joins from Dentons, advises clients in the biopharma industry on the development and commercialization of patent portfolios. She includes patent prosecution, freedom-to-operate analyses, non-infringement and validity analyses, and IP due diligence work in financing and acquisitions in her practice, according to Womble.

She has experience drafting and prosecuting hundreds of pharmaceutical, biotechnical, and chemical patents, Womble said.
