Edward Schnitzer, David Banker, and Wojciech Jung have joined Womble Bond Dickinson as partners with the capital markets practice and bankruptcy team in New York, the firm said Wednesday.
Schnitzer and Banker join from Montogomery McCracken, and Jung joins from Lowenstein Sandler, according to Womble.
Schnitzer focuses on bankruptcy litigation, Banker focuses on creditors’ rights in complex bankruptcies, and Jung debtors and creditors in corporate restructuring and turnarounds, liquidations, and bankruptcy, Womble said.
